As of yesterday we crossed the halfway point having ridden 1350 miles in 22 days. We are in Rawlins, WY for the night and will be in Steamboat Springs, CO in 2 days for a rest day where you can expect some exciting new stories and pictures!
Good job! Have any idea when you'll be in NM? I had a couple thoughts:
I'm doing an endurance ride on the CDT this weekend 7/14 near Chama, NM (Colorado/NM borner). I can drop a cache near there somewhere, just wanted to gauge how long it might sit.
Second, there's a good New Mexican restaurant in the middle-of-nowwhere town of Cuba, NM. I can meet you there for dinner any night.
Third, if you're still planning on being near Grants, NM on the weekend of 7/27, I might be able to ride a section with you guys near Mt. Taylor or Pie Town.
